This is my second visit to Dong Chan Shi Temple, I enjoy it very much. Free entrance & free parking too. Just a minor complaints bout the foods n drinks price, it was super duber pricey. Can imagine the organiser needs fund to support it routine expenses, but the price is far too high. I will bring my own food ( bread) next year, hahaha. Compare with last year decor, this year budget is pretty tight and most of the decor are recycle used. Since it is FOC, nothing much can be mumble about.

My fren said I'm just a lonely uncle who is desperate for relationship, posing with orchid is damn 70s era look. We are pretty enjoy this flower shooting session, many passer-by staring at us and imitate me too. The result is not too bad, rite?

My self-snapshoot skills are keep improving till my frens amaze with the pics. One of my gang ever comment me as " camwhore" .. what a nasty compliment! Luckily, I didn't use any smartphone, if not, tonnes of photos will be taken day by day. Well, I'm single, nobody take pics for me, must self-help , ok!!!

If u are my blog royal reader, u should aware tht my CNY celebration is pretty straight forward: eat drink sleep; sleep drink eat. Due to hot weather, I prefer hiding in air-con room n watch animation. Somehow, I'm lazy to meet all these "hi-bye fren". Perhaps each of us has our own life circle gua..It sounds very cocky loh... Nevertheless, I still attend some gathering to met some long lost contact frens. Surprisingly, as a very noisy n talkative guy, most of time I remain quiet n zipped my mouth. Prefer to observe their conversation n "transformation", some ppl become very pretty; some ppl become uncle-aunty look; some ppl is madly in love; some ppl are depressed etc No doubt, I become old uncle with a round n big tummy on skeleton type torso hahaha...
For me, CNY mend to be annual family reunion. I have to keep warn myself eat less, drink less and do more exercise if possible ;p

My latest hobby: running. I never good in sports and dislike sports too. Eventually, for health concern, I need to force myself to do more exercise. I don't want end up to be a single lonely chubby uncle with big tummy attach on waist. To motivate myself exercise more, I have subscribed few running events so that I can push myself to gym club and exercise consistently. Well, I have to admit that my physical level is awful and a lot of "illness" tend to stop me exercise. Knee issue!!! My left leg knee kill me all the time after jog / run. Even I have went for acupuncture treatment, but the recovery effect is relatives low. Now, I have taking tablets Glucosamine , Chondroitin , MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) for joint pain relief and " ostroarthritis" hahaha...The latest running I have joined is Nike KL Run. Only one category for this run which is 10KM. My target is to complete the whole run within one hour. At the end, I only can finish at 1 hour and 25 minutes, very disappointed with the "record" hahah
Organizer, Nike is very generous as we only pay MYR 20 and each participant entitle to receive a super orange jersey, a water bottle and a ONE Gigabyte Pendrive ( so mean, at least 4Gb mah)Well, very interesting post by new running kakis....

Time flies, what have I being done along these while? Any achievement or accomplishment that I proud of?

Career - Somehow I manage and survive in current post, nothing much to complaint except grumbling in the heart day & night. It is not a healthy working environment and the work pressure can kill your every brain cells. Job is not difficult but politics is more challenging. We don't have to work hard, but must work smart. To be honest, I have become a "worldly man", only focus on dollar n cent. Since we can't avoid it, just face it with limited human wisdom. May God keep safeguard me and teach me how to utilize my limited knowledge n improve my interpersonal skills.
Relationship - Total failed. A selfish guy as me not fit for relationship. Marriage is good not definitely it is not suit me. I knew many people consider marriage is an ultimate mission in his/her life, he/she so desperate n keep looking his/her Mr/Mrs Right. What can I said is : I like you but I don't have to love you. haha
Friendship - Easy come easy go, friends sharing our lives batch by batch as different friends exist and appear on certain frame. Have met some old friends who use to be close recently, everyone is growing up and busy with his/her own dreams. Interaction become less n lesser which is a norm in this fast pace society. I never try to blame those who seldom contact me cause I also behave same way. Ironically, when we meet long lost friend, he/she must shout to you: why you didn't contact me? You are heartless loh... Anything involve with human being can't last stand even friendship cause we are imperfect.
Family - I still single, then the topic CLOSED haha...
Spiritual - I'm not even worth to proclaim myself as his Disciple. Up to now, I very disappointed with "management". I knew they are human beings and aren't perfect too. It was just a lame excuse for me to feel better. Without brethren support, I hypnosis myself that self-study bible is sufficient, I can stand alone bla bla bla ...which it doesn't work at all. Guess, it is time to find a new church haha...

New Year, New Resolution.

Career - "riding cow finding horse" , what a unhealthy attitude ;p
Relationship - Dun think ; dun find ; dun waste time on it
Friendship - Need more new bloods and let old pass by.
Family - Contribute whatever I could to my family but not my own family.

Even though I try to push myself to do exercise including subscribed gym club, feel like nothing change physically. I keep motivate myself tht if I did not go for gym, the actual condition will become worse hahaha...

A meal in the temple, this restaurant was based inside of the temple. It contains more than 50 tables. The famous dish is stewed pork leg. The rice is "freeflow".U can eat as much as u can!!! The price is reasonable n location was pretty awesome. Will visit this place again.

Soup Shop: The set meal is quite std and the portion is reasonable. Overall, it shall better than fastfood meal even the price is a bit higher ( MYR 15 ++ per set). If happen to take meal in shopping mall, will consider this place.

Ginza Cafe: It was located at Tokyo Street, Pavillion Shopping Mall. Tokyo street is an imitate street creat by Pavillion Shopping Mall management in order to attract more visitors. Many small food stores and Japanese grocery shops set a branch in it. The food n goods in this area same as real Tokyo price: expensive. The small piece of Tauhu Cheesecake cost more than MYR12. Luckily the taste is not too bad.

Lot 10 Hu Tong: Lot 10 is an old shopping in Kuala Lumpur city centre. A fomous food critic: Choy Lan set this food court and invited all the traditional hooker stall to expand its biz. Love the pork ribs noodle and Hokkien noodle. This food court atmosphere is very oriental and crowded esp during weekday lunch hours. The price is affordable. Definitely will visit this food court more frequent.

Baba & Nyonya : It was a fushion meal create by Malay & Chinese ancestor during old days. Feedback from internet was not very promising! We have ordered spicy chili fish, a deep fried fish was poured raw chili sauce on top. It taste so so but the price is 30++ for such a small piece of fry. Raw tauhu with some dry prawn mixed with fried onion, it costed us MYR 8 !!! wow.. Ayam buah keluak ( An Indonesia fruit ( keluak) cooked with chicken), it taste similar with chicken curry except bit sour. As usual, a plate of mixed veg with sambal ( chili sauce).

From regular church-goer becomes ad hoc church member. Guess, my pastor n cell-mates also gave up liao... Shame to proclaim as His disciple.

Everland ThemePark

Personally, I do not like artificial / fake buildings. This theme park is mainly for teenagers. Love its wooden made roller coasters. It is the steepest in the world presents sudden drops and sharp rises at 104 km per hour. It's about 3 minutes journey n can make ur heart stop beating. I spent more than one hour in queue. But, it's worth. Dun think i will pay a second visit for this Genting-look-alike place.

There is a safari park in this theme park, a "liger" -> lion + tiger breed. Never encounter with this creature before. Kinda strange...

Mt Sorak

Mt Sorak is one of the famous national park in Korea. The sightseeing view was superb and the weather on the day we visited was sunny n clear. We went to the middle mountain by cable car. We love all these different colours auntumn season leaves haha...

Nami Island

A piece of land split by dam and become an island, it was private owned by Korean tycoon. It was well-kwown via Korean drama serial : winter sonata. My mum eyes was blinking n overwhelming when she step her foot on this tiny island. The owner is very creative and call this place as Republic of Nami. We need to go through its immigration department to get a visa ( entrance ticket. Well, the allocated time for this island is only 3 hours. It was not enough, i wish i can re-visit this place and have cycling session with someone ;p

My new commerade, Samurai Bug-san in Nami Island, both of us also looks pretty fierce, rite?

This is luxury shopping mall and korean items is much more expensive then KL except its cosmetics products. Six of us bought more than 400 pieces of masks. Hahaha...

My funny sister with poor effect in order to create autumn romantic atmosphere after a lunch break on the street. All of our travel mates imitate us and start throwing leaves.

No doubt, this is one of the best holiday in my life. Very appreciate all of us can make it. Wish my dad n other siblings can join as well.

Korean food is unique, full of sauces, pickles and multiple side dishes. According to our tour guide, the reason Korean not being attack by SARS disease was probably Korean eat a lot of Kimchi. Kimchi is general term for all the vege marinate with varied seasoning. My fav kimchi is white radish that marinated become yellowish.

I believe most of the Korea kampung / village got all the urns beside its backyard. All the runs contains their daily consume sauce, most of the beans will keep in the urns and let the fermentation works, all the bacteria can live in it happily. Well, it's smelly when u open the lid.

My fav kimchi.. dunno n forgot to note its korean's name.

Typical cabbage kimchi, each Korean has his/her own secret recipe in making kimchi. It's a new experience and taste to try kimchi at respective places.

Eh.. dislike its beansprout/tauge soup... Miso soup is better...

Marinated black bean side dishes taste was very similar with china made can food ( 豆鼓鲮鱼) The seafood kimchi pot soup very thick.. to much tapioca powder.

Can u see the dark noodle on right top? It was mince pork noodle with dark sauce, taste similar with Taiwan mince pork rice ( 鲁肉饭）。

Fav Chicken BBQ, our lovely tour guide is hilarious. To avoid any conflict, she keep remind us that rice will be served at the end after BBQ. Love the BBQ ingredients: cabbage ( it a MUST in Korean food, beh tahan!!!), fillet chicken ( good for those hate bones), Korean Spicy Rice Cakes (韩国年糕）。The leftover after BBQ will be fired with beansprouts, sweet corn and cabbage.

While we visit one of the famous seafood market, we have stopped and buy ' goreng pisang'. 10 pieces of fried sweet potatoes n fried prawn cost us about MYR15. Have u see the price tag was double layer? Digit 5 is mainly for foreign tourist, local is applicable in digit "1"

The night before we left, our tour guide brought us to Pakistanian Food Restaurant. It was damn weird tht eating roti nan, 'dial soup', samosa n indian curry. Some of our tour mates were overwhelming with 'homefood".

Lastly, a must eat meal: Ginseng Chicken Soup. Apparently, only contains a 2 yrs old little ginseng in this big pot. Korean tradition in eating Ginseng Chicken Soup style is pretty strange for me. They prefer take this meal during SUMMER: a Heating day for a HOT soup ??? Unbelievable. Since I went during autumn season, no local will go for this meal except us. Korean believes that Ginseng can rejuvenate stamina and energy, they will eat this meal at least 3 times during summer: the beginning, mid , and end of summer.

In a nutshell, I did enjoy Korean food.

Initially, this museum was not in our tour schedule. I'm not Teddy bear's fan. Most of the tour members are keen to visit these teddy bears even though it cost us USD 8 per ticket. All the gals eyes were 'blinking' when they meet these adorable buddies. OK... let the pic reveals how lovely n innocent they are... bear bear....

Personal review:
Love this hotel location, wish I can come n re-visit this place during winter time. It is skiing heaven for Koreans. The weather is nice but not too chill. We have a crazy photo-shooting session at this hotel “Winter Sonata theme dining room” around 1AM early morning… The room is standard and clean. Nothing much to complaint…

Personal review:
This is a very interesting service apartment concept resort. Each unit has kitchen appliances and can accommodate 5 guests. It is Korean traditional bed room style, a flat wooden floor which has installed heating system under the floor. We need to set our simple bed on the floor as it was place in the wardrobe. The point is I was alone in this room; I’m rolling here; rolling there … Unfortunately, I really not get use with underground heating system, can’t sleep well and a bit scare in this big empty hallow space. Anyhow, very please with such arrangement. But… a big but!!! No complimentary 2 bottles mineral waters provided!!!

Personal review:

It was a really weird room structure. You can find an attached kitchen along the aisle. A washing machine also include in that wardrobe. A mezzanine was built in the room!!! Maybe it was good to entertain the hotel guest’s visitor for gambling or drinking since this mezzanine space from floor to ceiling is less 3 feet. The whole room décor is very gothic look and very fit for vampire to stay in. We are very impress with the attached mirror wall, it looks gorgeous.

Overall, we are overwhelming with the provided accommodation by the tour organizer. It is worth with every dollar and cent we spent on hotel fees.

2011.11.02 What a tough Day

To deal with an indecisive superior is tough job, I was end up in the midst without direction. If u implement it, u need to bear the whole responsibilities by your own limited authority; if u postpone/delay it, u need to clean your back coz everyone will backstabbing u without any protection. Hahahaha....

Indeed, I'm enjoying such working environment. We never know what will happen the next second, your lovely colleague might send a nasty email to the whole world regard your work. The day after tomorrow, we still go out lunch together and "share" our working problems. Well, I never blame them coz he/she has his/her own duty or point of perspective in order to "defense" his/her department's benefit. Sometimes, we do feel tire and lazy to entertain such lovely colleague but we spend more than 8 hours per day under same roof. The only thing i could cheer up myself is : dun bother, be calm.

To argue with direct superior is the most foolish action which I did this early morning. I need to upgrade my EQ level in order to survive in this violent-corporate world.

Time to have a piece of free Bday cake in office. My coll said I'm look like old uncle from 70's.

2011.10.23_Charity Event Organizer

Last Sunday was a headache day for me; I was involved in a charity event. As an organizer, I have to wake up very early morning for transport arrangement plus breakfast distribution. Well, to avoid participants take more than one pack, I become “Pasar Pagi Boy” (Morning market seller). Only those who have registered entitle to get a pack of breakfast pack from me. Yes, only from me. It reminds me the sweet moment in helping ex church’s camp. After these years, I still act as timekeeper, chasing here and there, commanding / instructing participants to complete the task according to my schedule. I really need to adjust myself and do not be too stiff when come to charity works, back to old-self. From this event, we can observe the beauty and the ugly of human nature, some volunteers really commit and do the dirty tasks such as painting under bright sun, clear n re-plant the garden area and etc. In contrast, come volunteers not even dare to touch or allow children to get near to them. What a shame!

Nevertheless, this is commercial charity event, mainly for CSR (corporate social responsibility) and publicity.

I'm damn fat, got double chin !

Love this encounter !

P/S: Through this event planning, I miss so much in organizing church events ;p

Not again, so many Bday celebration currently... My pretty coll who love pork celebrate her Bday at Bah Kut Teh Restaurant. No bday cake, no candle blowing, no bday wishing; just pork pork pork. We have ordered "wet" & "dried" Bah Kut Teh. Bah means Pork, Kut means bones, Teh mean tea. Overall, this dish only available in Malaysia. The chef boil all the pork, bones, tea leaves & unknown Chinese herbs. Today is raining day, we decided go for this meal!!!

Plenty fat fat fat, rite? However, it was very yummy....

2011.10.15_17_ Wedding Weekend

Last weekend was superb, I went to Pahang and attend my cousin's wedding. Pahang ppl are very friendly and have a very good appetite. On the wedding eve night, my uncle prepare buffet for his neighbors and friends who living nearby. Within half hour, the food was disappeared in stomach. Very impressive and enjoy to watch the way he/she eating meal.

Pick up bride ceremony, ppl tend to be more crazy and out of their mind in creating such silly games to insult bridegroom's mate. As usual, I'm out of this ridiculous games ( I'm not the ONE who want to get married, none of my biz), the bro's team were forced to wear disposable undies, drink un-identify liquid, eating grape on ur buddy's chest...At the end, we need to break in, force the bride's sister to open the gate...

I never aware that a special ceremony, the bridegroom need to put bride shoes on her feet. Perhaps, the bridegroom is bit tire n bz, or such duty being perform by bridegroom everyday basis, she seems not really enjoy n touching...

When come to diamond & ring, the bridegroom like reborn phoenix, so refreshing and overwhelming to receive the ring... so touching...for her.

My uncle who is the 1st singer on that wedding lunch, local loves to sing karao-ke. Mostly they are singing Hokkien songs that I do not understand at all.

Personal observation: some guests have request plastic bag when the first meal was serve for " ta pao" / take away/ bring back home... what a hilarious act! I saw the waitress keep pulling the plastic bags hanged on the wall and distribute to requested guests.

The meal is extremely BIG portion!!!

This is flies village , if u want to make horror movie, pls consider this place!

p/s wish this newly wed couple have a steady starting journey of marriage.

Have to say bye bye to one of my ladyboss. She is tough lady and very talkative. I'm so afraid to have meeting with her esp after 5PM... she must drag drag drag until u miss ur dinner even supper. Im sure she will doing well in her new job role and job scope. However, I won't miss her lol since have some pleasant experience with her in certain project. Tata... my dear...

For our farewell lunch, we choose "MamaRich", the food is suck!!! Don't ask me Y ...

Haizzzzzz... I manage to survive in current company more than 18 mths... Staff turnover in this company is higher than our weather climax, I do not know who will be my next colleague or boss ...

2011.10.02_Marathon Run

I must be out of mind to subscribe marathon. A silly me did registered a full marathon (42km), Bukit Jalil Run on March which I not dare to try my luck. Again, a dumb dumb me registered for last week run ( only 10km for this event, lesson learnt from previous marathon registration), I only realize 3 days before the run. After my self-analysis, I will be half-dead after 10KM run since I only walk + run 5km on treadmill during gym session. I quite worry my body can't cope with "stamina usage"... Someone ever advised me do not need worry as ambulance will come and pick me if I was something wrong ;(I have to wake up as early as 4:30AM for run preparation. Surprisingly, 7.7k participants attends this run. It's so unbelievable! Never know Malaysians are so keen into this sport. For me, I keep pushing myself run run run...when I almost pass the finishing line, I saw a lot of runners still struggling at my back. I managed to finish my 10KM run within 1 hour 10 minutes. Not to bad, right?

FYI, I have joined another marathon run event on Nov. It is organised by NIKE. My friends said I'm joining for the shirts but not running. Are u agree? hahaha...

I went to Kuching and KK last month for site visit. Vendors and customers brought me to seafood seafood seafood restaurants. Can U imagine that u been forced to eat seafood every meal which is 3 meals X 4 days = 12 meals for the whole trip. The standard dishes includes fish, crab, prawn, clam & other sea creatures....
However, I do not have chance to eat Sarawak Noodle "ko lol mee"....

Another big feast!!! More than 45 of us to celebrate my maternal grandma b'day. As usual, we have order std dishes: chic, prawn,pork,fish,sizzling tauhu etc... Indeed, the price is reasonable. MYR 250 nett for 10 dishes. If we have similar meal (same portion) at KL... sure kena 650++ per table.

Last Friday, I went out for lunch with my procurement colleagues. They brought me to this Dynasty Dragon restaurant to eat PoonChoi, 盆菜. To be honest, this special dish is really so-so... I knew someone will shot me back why I always go to such less attractive places. The price is not cheap at all, the whole bowl cost us MYR200++. Based on my own understanding, the meal is pretty simple, dumb everything( seafood, meat, vegetables and mushroom into one bowl on topped with starch sauce). Since this was the first time I had PoonChoi in Malaysia, I quite enjoy it. Again, I don't think I want to go for this dish. Really nothing special at all.

P/S: while we lit the portable gas stove, some creatures come out from the stove after heat. 小强(cockroach) also want to eat together. It was a shame that this happen at so called a very grand restaurant. My female colleagues keep yelling n shouting!!!

Many interesting n blessed things happen recently, bitter, sour or sweet, I'm counting it as blessing from HIM one-by-one. 1st, I decided to put a hull stop for a relationship. 2nd, I bought my own tiny place on my B'day. 3rd, revise my job scope n of course the whole salary package. I really do not know how many times I need to change my job title n re-print name cards. 4th, I didn't attend church service more than 4 weeks. Finally, I have food marathon during this short break. My tummy become so round, big n hard!!!

My sister insisted we shall go this shitting place "toilet bowl" restaurant. The decor is creative esp the 'food serving container' . We ordered a big bowl of BakedCheese Rice ( HK style) and 4 types of shits dessert. BakedCheese Rice served withing toilet bowl, does is looks like the production from a diarrhea patient? Very disappointed with the shits, only 2 flavours: chocolate and vanilla. Nice to photo but tasteless....not worth compare with the price...was really shitty shit ...

We also have BBQ for second round and birthday celebration too. The BBQ session start around 11 night after buffet style dinner. I guess is't about 35++ ppl had dinner together with me. My uncle have brought fresh wild boar meat for us from Pahang. He had cut the meat into small pieces, my sis marinate the meat with curry powder, soy source, sugar and bit salt. The outcome is superb! All of us love this grilled wild boar meat, so tender and ask for more... The birthday cakes are simple and I can't recall the taste of both cakes... I was eating too much food at tht night.

An unexpected petite guest,I do not know his name since most of the Malaysian children either Ah boy or Ah girl. Ah boy is my relative's grandson that we only meet during Chinese New Year. Ah boy is a special kid, he needs more attentions and patience to communicate with. He is an autistic child, he refuses to talk hence his facial expressions is so 'rich'. He loves to take photos and love to laugh. Well, I pray to God to safeguard this little angel.

I went to one of the well-known hotel 4 buka puasa dinner. Ramandan month is fasting time for muslim. They only consume food n drink b4 sunrise n aft sunset. We suppose to start enjoy food aft 7:20PM together with our muslim's frens, but we are too hungry... can resist food temptation. Initially, we suggest to take the food and ready on the dinning table. Well, I took a lot chicken satay... Indirectly, stick per stick... At the end, we eat 1st lol.... The food quality is just normal, insufficient food refilling , force-to-be-diabetes-victim-drinks ( sirap), keep increasing no of guests even let them sit on aisle & the seafood is not fresh!!!While waiting food....Become beg watcher for lady bosses...

Ai... even so called 5 stars hotel can't maintain its standard, my beloved Bolehland....

I always remind myself I shouldn't spend money for unnecessary IT goods. Somehow, I bought a GPS that brand GPS. The china made product can install Garmin, Papago, IGo & etc global positioning system. It also includes movie, music, games and flash function as well. The seller is a college boy who studying pharmaceutical, what a biz-minded kid. Overall, I'm happy with the service and this gadget. From now on, I won't get lost... ideally.... OK, the reason why I need this stupid thingy is I will travel a lot within Malaysia due to my job scopes expansion. Hope that my boss will expand my salary package too.

Yesterday was an unexpected public holiday, I brought Aunty Yin for high tea at Bangsar area. The journey to that restaurant was a disaster, we caught in traffic jam more than one hour and spent half hour in looking parking space. We end up parked at illegal space in this Bolehland.

The main reason we go to this place is I have purchased a voucher "English Afternoon Tea Set for Two Pax" which the origin price is MYR 50 to MYR 20 after promotion. I thought this was extremely good deal. In addition, this restaurant parents company ( a hotel) was quite famous at Cameron Highland. Apparently, I feel been cheated esp this restaurant called its scones as " best scones in town" in its advertisement. Well, I didn't take any photos and pretend enjoy this tea time at all. Below photos which copy from its advert was edited to express my comment towards the food quality.

On Last Saturday noon, I went to this art market. Initially, I wish i can spend couple hours to explore and find some special items for my future home. Damn it!!! all the stalls only sells girly stuff.... Within 5 minutes, I have enough with soft toy, necklace, pinky , little booklet....toy..toy ... toy... beh tahan... Perhaps , Malaysia hand craft artist only able to create low budget / high demand products at this stage. I wish the organiser can expand the venue size and attract more hand craft artists to join plus pls diversify the item categories....

After short visit art market, my fren brought to this unique coffee shop "TYPICA". FYI, the price is also unique as well, it was pricey. The owner did invest a lot and bought a lot of coffee instrumental ... feel like at the laboratories lol... Hence, the price is acceptable when u observe how the baristar preparing the coffee.

We had a wonderful sing K session with my grandma, I don't think she enjoy the environment and all the noises created from our throats. All of us got chance to hold the mic except my old grandma.. poor her... My grandma is 70 ++ years old and she becomes more grumbling n act ridiculous like a little girl who's begging attention. Initially, she quite resists to attend this Karaoke set-lunch + free drink + semi-buffet. She was extremely busy the day before in making Chinese cake to all of her belovers. By the way, have u heard bout semi-buffet? It's horrible... The so-called semi-buffet only offer limited fruits and salad. Pls dun choose Redbox Plus Karaoke... it's not worth even compare with normal Redbox Karaoke service. Time fliers, all of little cousins has growing up and sing updated songs, i was unheard some of the songs ;( Am i have generation gap with them? Gotta admit tht I'm OLD. From the singer's pocket list, we can figure out his/her age. The "children" are yelling: Who pick this old song... ur turn leh... All of us who 30++ above grab the mic silently with awkward smile and self-ready to sing OLD SONG. Well, I do enjoy and sang many songs to get rid of someone stubbornness.

In respond to Sue article, personally, I really appreciate Sue frank's sharing. On B Day eve late night, my ex colleague called me and invite me to join the event. I refused. Indeed, someone advised me that I should attend this demo and my reaction is NO REACTION too. In contrast, I was staying at home and observe this meaningful demo through internet. From this incident, it make me realize that I'm damn cold-blooded towards my current living place. I'm not belongs to here and I never intend to stay permanent at this place. Believe it or not, I also quite surprise with my own response, perhaps I'm a "legless" bird who requires to fly n fly n fly... ( one of my colleagues commented me who have marriage phobia.)

For those who wish to create better future for our current living place, pls continue fight for it!!! At the same time, I wish those who shout loudly in the internet, pls become role model in order to take part in the physical event.

I never expect LKW bought GoldClass Movie ticket even we promised to watch Transformer 3 together. The ticket price is super-duber expensive MYR50.00 per head. Apparently, the service is suck. We have printed online purchased ticket but the receptionist require us go to ticket counter to redeem the ticket again. In addition, no complimentary drink or food. Nevertheless, the sofa seat is comfy and seat position is adjustable. The provided blanket is "recycle" used, I really curious bout the hygiene level on that brown thing.

Well, as this movie director said: Transformer 3 was made for Transformer fans. Hence, the storyline is pity, the movie graphic is under expectation, the casting crew is sympathy and the message behind this movie is pathetic.

I was extremely busy over the weekend.

Event No. 1 - Colleague Farewell Party, eventually we went to so-so restaurant chain which famous for rib. The price is high rate but the food is low quality. To make sure everyone can attends this dinner, nothing much I can highlight bout this restaurant.
Personal rate: 1.0/5.0Event No.2 – Susu’s Big Day. First and foremost, the car décor is overwhelming. Hahaha…pls check below photo. The wed ceremony is pretty straight forward, no drama action (tissue & tears); everyone is cool and calm with happiness. It does fit Susu’s characteristic. Kudos to Sue & Pete

2011.06.13_17_Angkor Wat (Part II)

Sun set ; sun rise We miss the sun set... so sad...Heavy rain poured and affect our schedule. We almost miss sun rise as our fren, driver pick us late. The tour guide and driver is very nervous and worry, we have to console them that we are fine even though we miss the sun rise. The driver "drive" trishaw very fast & tour guide, Vanna walks super fast and "force" us to take photos from the angle, location and posture that he commanded. It sound very strange. We just follow their pace and fulfill their will to serve. Hundreds of people waiting at the best location. Some of the luxury trip tourist entitle to sit which provided by hotel @ travel agency. During photo session, a lot of ugly faces turns up, many of them fight for best angle to take photos and didn;t move their ass away. Some of them are extremely ridiculous, they just stand there!!! Are they transparent?Are they grow up with eating glass? Dun be surprise, most of them are Europeans.

War museum: After two days of non-stop temples site visit, it become less excited. We decided go to War Museum. Well, it just another "tourist spot". It pretty simple, displaying some of the old tankers, weapons and some photos. War Museum guide is an ex-soldier , a victim from civil war. He keep telling us that his wife was passed away two weeks ago, he needs more SUPPORT. This hint you shall give more tips. It was very irritating and out of generosity, I gave him USD1.00 He stare at me and try to show pity face again to us...Sorry, mate. U deserve what you contribute.Anyhow, we have a great time overtime when the guide was not around, imagine myself become superhero in Command & Conquer...

Transport: A unique view, more than 90% car on the roads were Toyota. Our driver picked us via Toyota Camry at airport ( nothing special, right), then he went home and ride a motorbike to our guest house. Cambodian is very innovative, they create a connector and attached a trishaw on motorbike. The driving speed is slow 30-40 kmph which is good enough for us to sightseeing beautiful street view. Unfortunately, SiemReap street is very dusty ( similar with Mumbai, Bombay), pls be advised to wear mask.

During the temple visit, to satisfy our wish-to-be royal family dream, we had an elephant ride from the main gate. Assuming all the visitors are the peasants and welcoming and celebrate our arrival. Many passers-by take photo, we have to show our diplomatic skills and wave our hands like prince and princess...hahahahaToo many beautiful photos need to share with you all, had made a clip with Khmer traditional music.

Kind advise: if you are not keen on history, religions ,architecture and hate outdoors. Angkor is not the right place for you.

Eventually, I'm went to Angkor Wat, Siem Reap.

The moment we landed Siam Reap airport, a friendly tour guide , Vanna is waiting us at lobby bay. Vanna is 40 ++ gentleman and always try his best to introduce this beautiful country and cultural for us esp the history and background of Angkor Wat. He is extremely professional , is willing to spend time to share all these Hinduism and Buddhism with us. He share his knowledge bout the structure , system and the moral value behind each crafting to us. My advise is if you happen to visit AngkorWat, you MUST hire a authorized tour guide. If not, you will end up with heading no where and frustrated with all these old buildings. Each wall hidden a beautiful story, I very appreciate Vanna's patience and his sharing. At least, I can figure out and different either the building was built or crafted based on Hinduism or Buddhism. From temples's visit, i found that no matter how smart and creative human being is, nature can defeats us. It just matter of time.

Food: Cambodia food is similar with Thai food and Vietnamese food, Tom Yam, SongTham ( Mango Salad), Spring Roll, Green Curry n etc. The most traditional delicacy is Amok, a very popular Khmer dish, but i don't like it as i not keen sticky rice dishes. After meal, Pineapple, Watermelon, and BANANA is a must for desert. Therefore, don't worry bout digestion problem! The food in Siem Reap consider reasonable since they have "tourist menu", the price is triple high compare with local price. Lucky me, all the meal was included in the tour package, we have 3 main courses plus 1 dessert for every meal. "Tourist price" is USD20++; in contrast, USD8 for local customer.Ironically, the beer in city centre pub area is cheaper than normal street @ restaurant. One mug draught beer only cost USD 0.50 , we love Cambodia beer!!!

Even though I'm not Japanese food fan, I accompany LKW and celebrate LKW B'day at Raku Zen. In my mind, I always thought Raku Zen is super-duber expensive aft Hannah's introduction. Surprisingly, the price is not much different with this Japanese restaurant group other's range chain restaurant " Pasta Zanmai" or "Sushi Zanmai" , if you order the set meal. As usual , I have ordered cold noodle , " green tea soba thing". I have also ordered beef come with mini BBQ pot. The burning material is soft of Jelly-like liquid, very interesting. LKW is ordered set sashimi & tempura and 3 little fish. The food is much more better than Zanmai-zanmai and no need queue...

Both parents were overwhelming with tears of joy.Our fren,Miss Charise manage to return from UK Royal Wedding to attend CDC Royal Wedding. Luckily, I also prepare day & nite outfits. Nana, u are becoming professional camerawoman after some alcohol.

Day 1

I wake up at 5:30 AM in order to meet my team mate ON-TIME. Apparently, my journey to airport: 15 minutes walk from home to STAR ; 30 minutes STAR Train to LRT Train ; 15 minutes LRT Train to KL Central ; 60 minutes to LCCT Airport by couch. It was not complicated, right? Well this is Bolehland!!! We arrive KK Airport around 2 PM, the booked van pick us and send us to KK Park, Mersilau. Thunder storm was welcoming us at KK Park , Sutera Sanctuary Lodges after 120 minutes drive. We need to wear raincoat since none of us bring umbrella. Our restroom locates at almost oblique path. To go to canteen from our restroom is a good trial and exercise for us. Most of us become yellow-men and it looks like Digi Advert icon. The dinner, steamboat is consider good compare with following meals. We love the dining setting and environment. All of us are cheerful and charming before nightmare haunts us.

Day 2

A funny arrangement makes us bring our luggage to and fro within Sutera Sanctuary Lodges. The irresponsible mountain guides didn’t notify us the actual dropping luggage place. After a heavy breakfast and a nice group photos before departure, the adventure start!!! Our target is climbing 6.4 KM to the Laban Rata, 3,270 m (10,728 ft). Most people accomplish this part of the climb in 3 to 6 hours, I repeat most people but not me, and I spent 8 hours to arrive Laban Rata Lodges. Again, our restroom locates at almost oblique path. To go to canteen from our restroom is not a good trial but killing exercise for us. The KK Park management team charges us moderated high fees but can’t provide room heater and hot water shower for the tenants. Well this is Bolehland!!! I’m not able to rest as I suffer from altitude sickness. A little bee flying n buzzing in my mind…I took 2 tablets panadols and it doesn’t work. When I was told that I need to wake up at 1:30AM then have supper before start continue our journeys to hit the peak. The last 2 km (2600 ft), from the Laban Rata Resthouse at 3,270 m to Low's Peak (summit) at 4,095.2 m, most people takes between 2 and 4 hours. , I repeat most people but not me, and I spent 6 hours to arrive and take photos on the peak. The last part of the climb is on naked granite rock. All the negative thoughts swimming in my mind and tempting me to give up, I need to sit down and have 5 minutes break after 15 second hike. My body esp my feet is not belongs to me, only soul and mind pushing me move forward. At that moment, I truly understand 一步一脚印 (one step; one footprint). Nobody can rescue you except yourself. Anyhow; hurray!!! I managed to grab a photo with the peak’s sign!!! This means I will receive acknowledge certificate from KK Park management. For me, these 2 cerfs are more precious than my study graduation cerfs. After I return from Low’s Peak to Laban Rate Resthouse, my team mate inform me that I only have one hour to eat and rest before kick off the return journey. My face are becomes longest in my life and have not appetite to take breakfast. My lovely team mates are worried about me and voluntarily to take some food and drink for me even though they are tire too. At the end, I only consume few slices green apple and another 2 tablets panadols. Thanks God, I feel rejuvenate after 30 minutes break, and I manage to force myself to “ jumping down” to Timpohon Gate (located 5.5 km from Kinabalu Park Headquarters, at an altitude of 1866 m. Within 4 hours, I have completed the whole journey and the price is my toes nail become bruise and dark colour. I thank God that I can return to my normal life. On the same night, we celebrate our trip coordinator, Mr Len's b'day .

Day 3

Another 2 tablets of Panadols, we went and eat Pyramid shape chicken rice. It is normal chicken rice, nothing to mention.

Before end of my miserable and yet unforgettable sharing, I would like to honor all my KK team mates: Len ( trip coordinator), Ricky, Siew Fong, Avis (Headlight and hiking stick supplier), Sook Peng (snack bar supplier), Quuin, Kit(panadol supplier), Jerry and Chris. They inspire me to make this trip to be fruitful; their loving and care encourage and their joyness and laughs were overwhelming. Salute!

On April fool, I was fooling myself on work. My impatient working style implicitly allow myself make a stupid action. Perfection is what I’m desire on work but human relationship teach me a hard lesson. I need to be CALM and TALK LESS !!! Human management is most tough job task that I really need to spend more time and look into it carefully. Well, I believe some of you guess I will look another “stepping stone”. I still love my job, ok! On the same day, I got free slice of b’day cake plus half bite of macarons again, our pretty admin lady, Linda has a simple celebration at 3rd floor office. Linda is very supportive and assists me a lot at work, wish her smile always and enjoy her blessed family life. However, I always remind myself job is only part of my life. We never know what might happen the day after. My buddy is facing a serious health problem now. He was diagnosed Leukemia within two weeks. His family and frens is so worry about him. To comfort is a nice action but too much will be very irritating. I wish those who surrounding him give less advices and more private quite time so that he can figure out how to carry on his life. I hope I can introduce my best friend, Mr. Jesus to him although he is very resistance towards my belief. If my buddy allows himself and opens his heart, I’m sure Jesus can heal him esp spiritual needs. Pray for him and his family.

Ching Ming festival, I have to return hometown and visit my granddad and dad rest places. It was tiresome as I need to wake up early as 6AM. My superstitious mum prepared and bought countless items for this event. She truly trust those living another dimension can enjoy the feast she organize. Again, I need to respect her belief and become driver ;(

On the way home, we bought durian. The durians were tasteless…

2011.03.24_Short Break

After hard work at current working, I decided to have a short break regardless my new boss objections. I do not want my last year annual leave to be forfeited without any compesation. I went to Genting with LKW as LKW only likes cold climate. We managed to get a cheap hotel even though LKW grumbling a lot on the hotel's facility. MYR 48 nett for 2 ppl inclusive breakfast, what do you expect,right? Genting wheather likes human emotion ...change & change... now u see... now u don't... Thz KY, I love the brand "T" red wind-breaker. LKW also wish to have one too, possible to order? hahahaha... Since Genting provides shuttle bus service to Chin Swee Cave Temple. It takes 15 minutes from genting Hotel. We went to a vegetarian restaurant and ordered: mutton curry, claypot duck and belacan kangkung. To be honest, I don't like chinese vegetarian food, I prefer eat REAL food instead of fake/artificial meat which made by flour. However, this restaurant decor is fantastic as the owner stick the lotus leaf and waterlily as light decor. We can find many statues around this temple. I love all these fish that inlayed on the wall. Well, LKW doesn't like take photo, I need to take pic by myself...

A surprise birthday celebration but not for me. After long working hours, my aunt called me and inform me : NO DINNER. Hence, I sms my cousin 4 meal. She was shocked as her mum doesn't mention to her. ahhaah.... I was in the mist at that moment whether should I eat myself or else. Apparently , her newly college buddies tend to give her a big surprise. Poor Jasper, she was freaking scare with whole bunch of young ppl shout & sing "Bday Song". Well, I like the chocolate (moose) <== Thz Aunt KY for correction = mousse cake ==> b'day cake esp the dressing : macoron.

A busy n meaningful weekend

I never thought I will madly deeply into certain object, LKW. A super-duber self-centre me will follow LKW's thoughts, request, demand, suggestion, advice, crictic, comment n etc. Ages ago I haven't embarace by such feeling. It's warm and make me be take off my defensive system. Well, I submit this fragile relationship into God's hands. On Sunday, I re-watched The passion of Christ, the tears just can't stop n drop, LKW was shocked n want to stop the movie. However, I insist to finish the movie. Only His blood can cleanse us and only him willing to sacrifice himself and rescue us from sin. I wish I can meet Him soon even thought my account is pretty awful.
LKW brought me to a simple & price reasonable Indonesian food resaurant. Love the restaurant decor esp the wooden butterfly.LKW ordered Special Rice with fried chicken, this restaurant owner is creative and topped the con shape banana leaf on the rice. Well, creativity is not a costly element if we know how to combine existing materials at the right place.
I met my old bro at Mid Valley last Sunday, they still look gorgeous and expensive. I wish I can bring them home. Mr.Gundame homeland is facing aa critical moment now, we must remember and pray for his nations.
Recently, I spend very weekend at this place... hahhahah...Should I move in ???

Recently, I met someone who always bully me and non-stop sms-ing me. To read n reply the sms is become part of my daily life activity. When I depress during work, I will read again the sms. It strengthen my fighting spirits & continue focus on work ... hahaha...

I think, I have to confess that I was addicted to sing Karaoke even my close fren and family envy and complaint my recent hobby. I'm glad I able to meet some Karaoke's Kaki who have same taste with me. We can solo, duet, group even shout ( not singing) together, back up each other when we can't hit the high note .... It was enjoyable and this entertainment fees is afforable ( MYR15.00 to MYR20.00 plus drink and meal).
After 4 hours singing session, we dicided to have a drink before heading back to home. We went to a Maid cafés (メイドカフェ Meido kafe) which lacated at the same shopping mall. The decor theme is pink and white. It looks very "girlish". My fren commented it is a big barbie doll home. Everything is looks so gal... Many ppl pop in this restaurant bcoz of all these cosplay maid. They looks cute and adorable. Pls refer to photo lah....
The food and the drink is not this cafe main selling points. I won't comment to much on it. Anyhow, it's not a bad idea to experience this cafe atmosphere and Lolita's service.
Sue, a manga n anime hard core fan, u shld have a look on this cafe!!!

As I promised to write a review on "Black Swan" movie, the answer is NO. At the last minute, I only aware my close fren not able to buy Black Swan ticket, he bought another movie ticket. The movie I watched is disaster ( again)... I don't want to mention its movie title in my blog. Hence, pls accept my sincere but not humble apology.

On last Sunday, my schedule was fulled and packed. 11AM- Karaoke Session ( arggh ... again) I went to Red box with new friends. Some of them are very shy & seldom sing. This mean I can & almost conquered the mic!!! They more keen for food instead singing. The cost is reasonable : MYR 18++ including a free drink and buffet style foods along 3 hours singing duration.

At 2PM,we go and watched a rubbish movie. It was horrible。 It is the WORST movie i ever watched this year. Luckily, the movie tickets were FOC. If not, I will hate myself.

Then, after having our loving meal at Esquire Kitchen Special Noodles, around 5 PM, we are heading to Jenjarom ,DongSanTemple for CNY Light Decor, one and half hours driving distance. The location is at remote area. We have to turn n turn to find the place. One of my friends is devoted Buddhist, the way his pray is quite impressed. For the 1st sight, I assume he is kind of playboy kaki due to his hair style and attire stlyle. In fact, he is formal Buddihist Society President during his uni days. So unbelievable! I love all these small monks statues, they look cute. The light decor was superb plus the entrance fees is FOC. Even the parking area also FOC !!! We have a good time over there and laughing each other due to our poor photograph skills.

The minute I arrived home 12 midnite, I almost fainted and wish to lie on bed immediately.

P/S : Looking forward to watch " Black Swan " Movie this Saturday ;p

Have u order a mobile steamboat truck ( loke loke) and parked in front ur front gate? I think the idea to call this shld be night market vendors to your own place is superb. It's very interesting compare with normal open house. Thanks, my badminton kaki, Ricky who just get married last year.This fellow invites me to join his family open house event. They are very generous n prepared many foods ( fried chicken, fried noodle, curry chicken,stuffing bean curd n etc), fruits(guava and watermelon),drinks ( brandy, chinese tea, whiskey, beer, soft drinks, mineral water, n etc) n etc....hahahah.. how many et cetera

Only 2 things i need to highlight on this great makan-makan feast: first, mobile steamboat as shown on above. We can order whatsoever u want to eat ( as long as stock still available) or DIY, choose the stick that attached with full of variety, we may select the food and dip into hot soup until cook. Voila, enjoy this mobile steamboat. In fact, the cost to hire mobile steamboat truck is not cheap at all: RM800 with limit food supply. Even if we eat at pasar malam, minimum charges for one stick is RM1.80. However this is the 1st time I ate " loke loke" ;p

Second, ice kacang boy was also been hired for this event. This little boy will make a delicious shaved ice dessert for us as per order. ( The true story is the caterer hire some part time secondary students as ice-kacang boy). The ice kacang boy told me he can earns RM50.oo for one night hard work. Not too bad for a teenage ;p

I think I'm the 1st who attend this function & I'm the lst who leave this event.

P/S: The sad thing happened as one of the host relative getting drunk , quarrel and fight !!! Stupid alcoholic!!!

LY, my petite colleague has invited us to her place for steamboat after work on Fri nite. Her place is so warm-hearted esp two little gals playing around. Indeed, LY invited so many ppl and we have to split into 4 groups take turns to enjoy our steamboat fiesta. LY bought different types of meatballs and fishballs which I couldn't name it. There is one "dark grey cement alike fish ball" looks dirty but nice to chew n eat ;p This gorgeous lady who manage to take photo with me was totally a stranger! She is LY's friend. I do not know her name up to now!!! LY is very creative, she wrapped the round table with cling film before pour all the ' lou shang' ingredients instead of using any plate. This definitely will enhance the enjoyment since we can "play" with it without any space limitation. Thz LY, hope that u will invite me next year.

After heavy dinner at LY's house. I went for Karaoke session in the day after morning. To killing time, I become self-obsess and self-snap-shoot while waiting our Malaysia's friends who never turn up on time. Overall, I have sang more than 25 songs from 10:30 AM till 1:30 PM. What a great achievement! For me, singing is a good way to release stress. My friend said the way I sing ballad can touch her bottom heart and make her intend to tear wow.... She said I must been badly hurt by someone. She said she can feel it lol... If u want to cry but can't make it, pls make arrangement with me for sing K slot.

In the evening, my current staying place got "open house" activity, many relatives and guests come to our place, unlimited foods and booze supplied. What a bustling night!

The day after open house nite, I attend a mini Uni Alumni Lunch at LY II place. Again, Mr.Facebook creater, thz for your wonderful social networking platform. After 2002 graduation, I never meet LY II and the rest even lost contact with all of them. My personal interest that like to view fren's fren's fren's photos in FB allow me to spot LY II. To try my luck, I send a message and self-intro to LY II. Initially, she couldn't identify me and reject my fren's adding invitation. After few PM, she knows who am I then we exchange our contact numbers. I was overwhelming when she invite me for this gathering. Anticipatively, most of the attendants did not recognize me and forgot my name or vise versa. One touching incident happen during this event, a little boy who name "sunny rain" stick n attach with me the moment we see each others. I was babysitting him for the whole gathering. This is the first time I meet him ( he is only 11 mths old) and he even lying then slept on my shoulder. The kind of father-and-son chemistry connection sparkling in my heart and I wish he is my son. I'm willing to spend all my life to love n care him. In real, this is impossible, hahaaha... C'est la vie ( hate to use this over-abuse verse but only c'est la vie able to describe my helplessness.) Dear LY II, thanks for the wonderful arrangement, hope u will invite me next year.
Moving forward, I brought my old gf (grandmum) for shopping on Valentine's Day. My cousin, SL also joined us. In shopping mall, I met one not-so-close badminton friend (Bad). The conversation is hilarious:

Bad: U bring ur mummy shopping ah?

Me : No lah, she is my grandmother.

Bad: U bring ur gf shopping together ah?

Me : No lah, she is my cousin.

Bad: How come? Where is ur gf?

Me : ... (pretending I'm busing n flee away from this inspector)

I have ordered a curry laksa which only costs us MYR 4.00. 2 big prawns, 1 piece of fried chicken, 1 piece fishcake, 1 piece bean curd, bean sprouts and noodle. So unbelievable! The only advise I could share is, the curry laksa owner should pour some chopped spring unions on top for decor. After long hours shopping time, grandma managed to buy what she needs from Ikano to The curve, from The Curve to The Tesco, then back to Ikano boutiques. We went to starbux to release our legs' muscle tension. She was very relaxing at coffee place. We spent couple hours at Stabux before we go to SL's home for dinner. SL's parents bought a yummy roasted chicken. I love steamed eggplant with some dried shallots dish! Again, we have a good fellowship on the dining table.

After shopping spree, I went to Klang to meet my old buddies the day after. As I overnight at Sri Damansara area, I need to send my grandmum return to Bkt Jalil ( 45 minutes driving distance) before heading to Klang (another 45 minutes distance). Even thought I'm tiring, Klang's buddies and I have a good time. We went to a strange restaurant aka lounge aka pub aka tea house aka live show pub. The owner split this tiny place into many functionalities. It looks weird. It sells anything from steak to Pan mee (Eupho Crafts). I ordered the Pan Mee. The bowl is big and nice but the foods just so-so...so normal

Before we return home, our friend brought us to visit a still under construction super-duber luxurious house. It likes a maze for us.

P/S: After 4 days non-stop jalan-jalan & makan-makan, my colleague said my eyes become half of my normal eyes' size. This means I'm extremely lack of sleep n rest ;p

After heavy lunch, I decided to follow twins to meet Ms Cleopatra. I thought we should have farewell dinner with Ms Cleo but she was end up to join movie. Can you imagine after long working hours, I need to drive to far far away place to watch a 10PM movie? Well, we have our dinner at Zanmai Sushi after 20 minutes queuing... Again, I have ordered Lou Shang dish. Compare with my lunch Lou Shang ingredients, the latter is much more healthier and tasty.

I believe most of the blogger will upload their Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration stories. My CNY is simple: eat, drink , receive ang pau (red envelope),visit relatives n meet those who only can meet once a year during CNY.

Since our fren, Ms K returned and visits us, we have a simple gathering. The main reason I have attended this fellowship is to grab my ordered goods. Ms K was complaining me that I have endless purchase from formal wear to sandal, her family also questioning her why she needs to bring such goodies even we may get it at Malaysia. Well, I think this is the last order I able to make. Ms K, thz 4 everything n I shall never request anything from u.

To my best knowledge, “anti social behavior (ASB)” in UK means those, majority are teenagers have issue with community such as vandalism, bullying, neighborhood disturbance n etc. After this so called fellowship, I shall re-define ASB term. All of the fellows attend this tea time session were extremely busy with finger exercise! No doubt we are sitting together but everyone is focusing on his/her IT gadget. It seems like I’m the only one who do speak human language but not typing. Am I having generation gap with current trend? Shall I force myself to own any IT stuffs so that I can speak IT language too? Frankly, I do love IT products. However, current IT goods users is too much and very irritating. U may press ur little finger on little button n “touch” the screen when u alone. Pls respect others when u are encounter living creature esp homo sapiens. Am I too old and start grumbling n complaining recent habitats’ life style? The answer is "YES"....

Verbal communication is a hard lesson for youngster nowadays. I have met a young girl (24 yrs old who shall be called adult) can’t talk fluently when we speak face to face. In cyber world: MSN messenger & FB-ing, she is such a charming, chatty, humorous and “eloquent” lady. In contrast, she was stutter and can’t pronoun properly in real world. What a disappointed encounter? At the end, she only can be my cyber-fren.

Individualism is not a rare term for us even I prefer to practice and become an individualist. I won’t allow myself addicted on IT thingy and grow to be the next annoying man.

MACC is a quite sensitive abbreviation in Malaysia, it could stand for Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). Well, I'm not intend to discuss this MACC efficiency n effectiveness. but I will highly recommended another MACC which is Malaysian Association of Chinese Comedians . I watched this MACC Chinese New Year " Internal Affair" stand up show at PJ Performing Arts Centre. This is the first comedy show I viewed since 3 years ago. It was hilarious till my tears burst. From its facebook fan page: MACC self intro: MACC is the Malaysian Association of Chinese Comedians, ruled by underground overlord Douglas Lim, with gangster-rat-acting-as-police, Kuah Jenhan, and police-rat-acting-as-gangster, Phoon Chi Ho. They are very talented and put a lot of efforts to entertain all the audiences. 3 comedians ChiHo, JenHan and Douglas turns up on the show. I like ChiHo joke about our local make car. It sounds:

" Since all of us knowing that our local car is SUCKY car, but

we have the MOST coolest air-cold conditioner car in the world, so BE CHILLED"....

JenHan also very good in criticize Malaysia Chinese bill paying style.

"Everyone is pretending pull out the wallet and fight to pay the bill esp for CNY reunion dinner bill. However, the moment the waitress show the bill to the payer, the payer will ask :" why u charge me towel? "

Douglas is the guru among all of them. He is the one who dare to make joke on local politician.

According to him, one of local politician's wife was his inspiration when the audience dislike his joke. This lady can maintain and still smiling even the whole nations dislike her!!! Therefore, he will think about this Lady,when Douglas feel upset bout his performance.

Well , I shall let u guys to explore Malaysia Comedians' performance n reputation.

I very enjoy the whole event celebration, at the same time many questions appear in my mind. Why nobody take care of hygienic and cleanliness? I knew some of the devotees came from far away with limited budget, the event organizer should have better arrangement and management. Even sponsorship exist on this event, the sponsor seems to forget to clear their "shit" too. I proud of Malaysia unique culture but definitely not littering habit.

Most of the Malaysians are not keen to go to Batu Caves despite of Mr Skanda (or Murugan) 's birthday celebration is absolutely grand and extravaganza event. Nowadays, most of the Malaysians only dare to appear under "cool-air conditioner atmosphere". To fully ultilize my holiday, I have to wake up as early 5:30 AM to catch the 1st train. The whole journey is awful as the public transport management never has proper arrangement even thought the management should foresee the increment of the numbers of passengers. Nevertheless, I 'm glad to come to Batu Caves and snap plenty nice photos.

Before the devotees start his pilgrim, he needs to purify and cleanse himself. Opps... I just found a leftover after bath on the street.

Public always criticize technology isolates human interaction which I not agree at all. For me, technology is an effective tools to reduce our daily workloads. But, in certain occasions, it was. For instance, some of the people practice finger exercise during lunch or dinner time, sms-ing, replying FB message, MSN-ing, QQ-ing & etc. I rather eat alone instead of sitting in front of "life-pillars". I'm very appreciate technology advancement to help me to re-connect with some old buddies through social network and get to know new friend via blogging.

I never thought I will meet my blog-mate who is living far away. The moment Sue ( the medium [ a blogger as well] between us) informed me that Ms D ( blog-mate) is visiting our city and would like to meet me, I was shock & exciting! I gonna meet someone who is sharing her special moment, excursions and experience and yet is a total stranger to me. Well, the meeting place was at Sue's little "kennel". That lady n her hubby simply get some cold pizza for us. What a disappointed meal as Sue & her hubby always blogged about their home-cooked food. Ms D come with her hubby too, "Yi wei"??? I forgot his full name, just call him Wei. The whole conversation was hilarious coz we keep switching languages and topics: English, Mandarin & Malays from politics to travelling. It seems like we are old buddies have reunion and fellowship with tonnes of laugh. I shared my blog-mate encounter with my family the day after. They are very surprise coz they always thought Ms.D is my close friend , hahahahah.... Well, Mr Wei, you are lucky lad to "own" such a pretty wife. Indeed, Ms D, you are lucky too to "own" such a charming husband. What a lovely couple!

This lovely cloudy Sunday, I went to a pretty lame buffet. My friends told me it was located at 4 stars hotel which beside KLCC. Perhaps, my expectation is higher than others: fruits, salad, veg, lamb, beef , (NO PORK), noodle, roti nan, soup all were put on the wrong places, wrong ingredients,wrong time & un-presentable. Well, this is my sincere opinions. The cost is not high (~MYR 50 ), consider cheap but the service & the food just couldn't attract my appetite. Anyway, some of the friends are happy & non-stop eating plate by plate. They curious why I have stop even don't take the ice-cream n desserts. What can I conclude is God is fair : different ppl has different taste. Well, I don't think I come again. (Obviously, you should aware this place from below pic as I do not want to put its name & hotel's name on this post for free advertisement)

My initial plan was treat the twins Chek N Tee a promised "Giant Meals" as b'day celebration. Suddenly, an aunt, Mrs J called me and ask me to join BBQ Bday Celebration at Pstr K's place. Well, Malaysia style BBQ is my fav cause we do have lovely chicken wing, yummy Ramlee burger, hot hot Hotdog,healthy Mixed veg (Thanks Aunty Ling), High 5 roti , Orange drink ( Sam pour some beers in the drinks, it was superb.), Marsh Mallow ( Thanks Yan Jie contribution) and of course thz Pstr K whole family: Sis J ( She was upgraded to become Pstr J), Aunty H ( who is fasting during BBQ-ing) and Uncle J ( who kept showing his national games silver earning newspaper to everyone). If the organizers happen to read this: can I order sweet cone, sweet potatoes and fried mihun,pls?

Overall, we got plenty voluntary "Gillers", I had hotdog from (Ms E a.k.a sodako), chicken wing from Gerai Aunty Chek Wing, Beef burger & Marsh Mallow from Kedai Uncle Don Wing.

KL just a funny lad, he is willing to put himself in awkward photo shooting. I rather die instead of wear both kind of lady hats. It only suit OLD aunties such as Chek N Tee.

Oh Gosh, I was so old fashion in below B&W taken during BBQ. I thinking I''m getting mad tht I purposely comb my hair with tonnes of hair gels and go to work. My colleagues also can not "tahan" me.

P/S The day after BBQ, I met a blog-mate. I'm waiting her post before sharing my 1st blog buddies encounter experience.

I never expect we can make gingerbread man in M'sia. Thz to all my beloved cousins who prepared all the ingredients so that everyone can make his/her own version. Initially, I try to make a BearMan, but end up as a FrogMan. On that night, grandmum n all the aunties cook yummy meals for us. What a wonderful night!

Dec is gorgeous n busy month for me. The hotel I stayed in Bangkok is strategic & convenient, 5 minutes walking distance to train station and surrounding by tourist spots + shop dedicated to foreigners.

As this is company trip, nothing much I can do during weekday. Office - hotel ; hotel - office. Thai nation is very polite and gentle, smiling country ;p Even when an accident happened, they are still very cool and discuss in good manner. On the way to my office, a car bang the taxi I took, both drivers parked the cars aside with double-signal, discussing the compensation in low volume. In fact, I was more angry than the taxi driver, I'm taking many pictures on both cars as evidents. I told the taxi driver drop by at my office so that he can collects all these pics as if police needs such information for record. At the end, I felt I'm the really bossy type, both of them make a good deal, exchange contact number and agree on certain amount. In contrast, the taxi driver console me n ask me cool down, so embarrass...

Unfortunately, I din;t take photos on certain restaurants esp C&C, the whole decor thingy materials are condoms, they even built a X'mas Tree by condoms. Below pic is no 6 restaurant.

Lucky me, I was invited to join local management celebration. We celebrate X'mas at no4. cafe. Nice food, unlimited booze, exciting games, plenty lucky draw gifts. Well, I only stick myself with same dept colleagues ( 2 white guys), three of us non-stop drinking bottled beers. I guess I had more than 10 small bottle: corona, heineken, singha, budweiser etc... BTW, I still manage to return hotel then join my colleague for 2nd round at no3 Crossover bar. As you can see, A person need to spoon feed whipped cream to another by the spoon attached on the straws. This is good revenge game to your boss. All these 3 white guys are senior management team and 3 ladies are normal staffs. It was hilarious ;p

After hangover, I still force myself to Chatuchak, the biggest weekend market in Asia. The magic of this market is unbelievable. What can I said is: when I finish spent my Thai Baht, I go to money changer to exchange my MYR; when I finish spent my Thai Baht, I go again to money changer to exchange my USD. At the end, I keep 40 Baht for train fees and 500 Baht for taxi fees from hotel to airport. Pls don't ask me how many articles I have bought...

Pls don't be surprise when you see me wearing Punk guitar boy shirt.

Taiwan Part II

I guess most of the ppl craving for Taiwan food. At first, I thought I will super duber to enjoy all the foods, but it just okie dokie. Perhaps sweet source (WRONG SPELLING =SAUCE) is not my fav & I not keen for seafood, therefore my fav Taiwan food end up with soy bean drinks. Not matter what you have order, Taiwanese like to pour some mince+ soy source (WRONG SPELLING =SAUCE)+ oyster source(WRONG SPELLING =SAUCE) (卤肉汁). If not, they will dip with sweet source(WRONG SPELLING =SAUCE)+ sesame oil+ sesame (kind of sweet source (WRONG SPELLING =SAUCE) when we have dim sum). As you can see at below pic, I went to plenty places for food hunting, definitely Taiwan foods is not cup of tea of mine. I discover a Taiwan snack "葱抓饼" taste exact same with our Roti Canai except some spring onion in the bread. There is kind of dumpling stuffing with marinated mince with lees. Fuk Zhou ( 福州人）should know cause I have experience the same taste at Lorna’s place.(She is Miss Fuk Zhou）Taiwan bitter gourd ( vanilla colour, how stange it is compare with Malaysia type) shown at the bottom right of below pic looks like sweet corn. It tastes not bitter at all. Again, I like Malaysia nite market "Taiwanese Chicken Chop" instead of origin. Well, we wouldn't get hungry as tonnes of street foods we can choose. All is worth to try plus the price is affordable ;p

My uncle who is good in photograph like to take some significant logo or sign pics .He can be excellent amateur camera man but should practice how to capture photo faster but not keep tuning the angels or lenses.

I glad I able to join this trip though I busy with current workloads. Thanks God, my boss is an understanding uncle and release me for personal holiday. If he can sponsor my trip, it will be nicer.

I don't mind if I have to travel to Taiwan again. Personal rate:3.5 over 5

Coincidently I have visited Taipei Int'l Flora Expo. It was well organised but too many visitors and end up I couldn't visit any pavilions. Thz to digital camera inventor, everyone is extremely busy to snapshot esp those amateur photographers who brought different lenses n tripod, why we can't capture all these beautiful scenes in our mind, can we??? All these irritating camera-holders includes me :D

Love this fish alike building but the exhibitioner forgot this was Flora expo, we need more greeny things instead of 2 colorful concrete. We rarely found plants inside the fish stomach, really out of scope lol

Two big whales is simple n beautiful compare with HK dolphins...

Our friends from MainLand really exciting and eager to take photo with "HAWAII" logo but not pretty pink flamingo. I heard one of the visitor whispered: Hawaii leh... is USA leh... US US leh... so nice can take US photo... I belief with this decor might help her to achieve her America dream gua...

Love the sheep gesture n position. Perhaps X'mas around the corner, reindeer also turns up in the expo.

I knew budgeting airline (AirAsia) didn't provide entertainment for short distance flight, why he didn't bring earphone?

Happy I'm able to attend this wedding lunch at my lovely hometown. The bridegroom is my primary schoolmate I haven't meet long long time ago. At least 5 years, I guess. When I receive his invitation via mobile, I wonder how he get my contact no. During the wedding ceremony, I met plenty old folks, most of us "Hi" & later "Bye". Everyone has his/her own way. I'm not surprise that some of us work or living around the corner. Unfortunately, we seldom perhaps not contact each other. The good news is below pretty women invites me to join their gathering in future. Really looking forward ;p

2010.11.07-13_Indian Trip

The place I'm stayed is gorgeous n rocket high price. 5 stars rate but 3 stars service. The hotel "in brochure" is stunning as below pics is the prove which took by myself. To give you some general idea: a small bottle of beer(375ml) costs me MYR50; a dinner buffet charged me MYR200 & a hour massage session requires MYR600. Luckily, I do not need to pay for it ;p

Water quality level is the most critical concern for foreigners, I manage to survive via mineral waters, even gargle mouth with it. Feel sinful compare to local living condition.

The buffet menu was superb n full of varieties but I only take "FULLY COOKED" food. Pity me can't consume all these beauty. All my "young" pimples pop n pop on my face while I'm not dare to take any fresh veg n fruits along one week. I hate myself I can't having U!!!

I know it sound silly @ u may think I tend to show off but I really hope I can replace Mr.LIFT for only one shift. Excuse me, sir? Which floor,pls? Have a nice day,sir. Goodbye,sir... n etc

Indian community has its living tempo & life philosophy. As outsider, we shouldn't compare our current living lifestyle with them. Even some dreadful incidents happened, I try to appreciate its culture & so-called "system plus discipline". For those who shall travel to Indian in future, pls do not go Int'l Airport earlier as the armed security guards won't allow u to entre "MAIN ENTRANCE". I repeat,not"CHECKIN" or "BOARDIN" but entre its stupid gate! I spent 3 hrs in tiny airport staff canteen. Really test my patient n destroy my thought to re-visit this country.

To pamper myself, I bought Indian traditional costume. Hope I can wear it soon.

My only company from CHINA office, we almost spent 24 hrs together except sleep.

2010.10 Last Weekend

To kick start my busy weekend, I have to excuse myself early from office to attend a Fri nite wedding dinner. Due to the the venue is extreme heavy traffic zone, I arrived before 6PM. The wedding couple haven't change their costumes yet when I pass my "red envelope" to them. Luckily, I manage to access WIFI at lobby & I may continue to work & killing time too.

The official dinner time is 7PM written on the wedding card; however, the meal only appear in front of me after 9PM!!! Absolutely, On Time KPI failed!

Overall, the whole dinner was entertaining! The couple, frens & relatives made a mimic voice Black Eye Peas " I Gotta Feeling" video clip.

Recovering from hangover, I stay at home except to have breakfast with someone who just found a new job vacancy! So happy tht Ms C can find her ideal job. Sleep n sleep, what a wasted precious Sat!

I wend for blood donation on Sunday at Klang, a very far far away place. I meet two gals & heading to blood donation venue. The donors queue is damn long. Malaysians are so generous & willing to help others. Believe if or not, we stand more than 2 hours & end up I can't donate. Y? Y? Y? The answer is the idiot me forgot I just have vaccination 2 weeks ago. My fren who is addicted to donate is very high & keep telling us this is her TENTH donation.

Just came back from KL & Eve wed dinner and meet tonnes of ex-church mates esp those from Penang. The atmosphere still bit awkward, can't have meaningful conversation with them. Indeed, this is my personal issue but not others. After the dinner and most of the guests were dissapeared,it's our fav photo shooting session . These 2 biological brothers are really good in guitar but vocal is...same as passerby. Tht's the reason they do not have mic on mic-stand. Can u believe one of the fake rocker is full time LECTURER?

I met an old fren who is professional model, Mr Nick Shoong. Always try to avoid take photo together with him, sure will be defeated lol. I really looks fat on below photo :(
My ex-roommate, a self proclaim minimalist wore casual to attend the dinner. It does fit his style even though "FORMAL ATTIRE" was written and suggested on invitation card. In fact, I admire he can wore an event logo polo shirt and did not comb his hair. He looks weary and quite tonight. Mr.CY, if u coincident read this post, pls do not hesitate to contact me when u need a hand...Wish him can find his life in the right track ASAP.

I manage to grab the beautiful bride, Eve for an quick snap shoot. Frankly, I'm not close with this couple. We only meet in church activities. Since I switch to other church, chances to have deeper fellowship is more tough for us. Indeed, I was very touch coz this couple purposely came to my office in order to pass the invitation card. Wish them commit themselves in LORD and have a fruitful marriage life under God's safeguard. A total unprofessional Emcee said we shall wish them "increase PRODUCTIVITY" during toast session. Malaysia Chinese toasting style is unique. We are not toast " cheers" but " yum seng". Yum seng means drink & win??? We need to yell: Ya...ya...ya...yum...yum...yum... sen...seng. The longer we shout, the better blessing lol. EmC is the most important guy during toasting, he must fire up all the guests spirit & shout "yum seng" loudly. Surprisingly, the Mr EmC is too shy to lead us to wish this couple in this sophisticated toasting style.
About food, so so & std hotel wed dinner food, nothing much to compliment and complaint except 1st dish decor. A small cup filled with uncooked rice and wood sticks in it. My instant impression is: 大吉利是 (what the hell... ). According to Chinese tradition, Chinese is only using raw rice so that the prayer sticks can stick in incense burner. If elder discover this decor, rally do not know how to explain lol.

The souvenir is a little glass candle which has strong fragrance. I decided to bring it back and hang it on bathroom.
This little boy wore retro shirt and looks cool. I not dare to ask him whether he "endures" the shirt from his dad，Saturday Night Fever era.
The venue is located in industry area, the dinner venue is small & hot, the cocktail cum reception area also very small. Personally, the venue is not a wise choice for wedding, pls don't take it personally.

My Working Place

My co. decided to renovate our office next month and all of the senior management not in office for oversea team-building now, I brought my new camera and snap shot some pics. Unfortunately, new co office arrangement is terrible, I need to squeeze with more people in smaller area. My like my current seat very much coz very near the pantry and less occupants. My table space is big enough to put all my personal goods. Well, I also seat in front of an old uncle room who is coincidently act as my boss. If he needs something, he just shout to me. How transparent am I in front of old uncle.

My ultimate cost saving co only provide me second hand folders and I do not have enough space to store it anymore. GO green ! GO green and recycle...

I reserve one of the drawer to keep my contingency kit if work overtime. My mandatory items are:

Pringles
Vitamins C
Moisturizer
Dry guava
Biscuits

Therefore, if you manage to come and visit me, I might treat you something ;D

2010.10.15_UPM Fren's Buffet Wedding

My UPM buddy call me and inform me our fren Turtle Teng getting married! I haven't meet the bride after we left UPM,2003. 7 years is long enough for us to explore and experience the world, chasing our own dream and become more mature ;p Luckily the bridegroom is the SAME who I meet during UPM's days. Ironically, I almost forget her, Turtle Kui Teng. I can't recall her name and her hometown. I keep thinking another Kui, Kui Wei Melaka. During the conversation with my UPM buddy, I was very busy and only remember 3 keywords " vegetarian buffet", "friday" and "Klang". On Friday, a blur-blur me wait my human GPS at the wrong toll. My fren keep asking me my location, I keep replying that me parked beside road after toll and wait her. At the end, we realize we are waiting each other at differ tolls!

2nd embarrass incident: I thought I'm attending vegetarian buffet. I queue and pick the food without observe the food in details. Suddenly, I found that the artificial prawn looks alike the real prawn. I told my fren, " wah, the prawn looks like the real one". My fren almost fainted coz IT WAS A REAL PRAWN!!! Stubborn me try to argue and pursue her tht we are attending vegetarian buffet. The truth is normal buffet for tonight and another formal vegetarian dinner on following week.

3rd funny scenario, my UPM buddy and I wore red shirts. Most of frens' frens' frens' , whosoever thought we are couple. the silly wed couple insist us to take pair-to-pair photo. What a fake smile :D

Turtle Teng is my final year group assignment member, she and other team members always helping me to complete the work tasks and give me "tips" at exam hall. They help me register course, fight for tutorial seat, get class attendance, do assignment, call me for exam, sms me if got sudden pop quiz at class n etc... Overall, I'm the parasite who attached on my group members. Without them, definitely I can't graduate. When I told turtle Teng, I worked as part time lecturer, her eyes widely open. She can't believe a person who has bad learning attitude become lecturer. I'm glad I force myself to attend this dinner to allow me to meet some of UPM buddies. We are seldom contact and focus on respective life. Shall we contact more often? Ideally, yes; however, everyone is so called "busy" including me. Can we spend some time to contact some old frens? Pls do email/sms/phone selfish me as I rarely take initiative to contact others.

After visit Miss C at Assunta Hospital, we decided car-pool in Miss H’s car to SS2 mamak tht Ms.H highly recommended. The location is difficult to grab parking place, we round n round n round until parked at illegal parking area. What to do, this is Malaysia lol

Interestingly, I meet this bunch of little kids when something occurs but not for routine. Every time VIP turns up @ important event happen, then we meet as we seldom keep in touch nowadays.

We have ordered Roti Dinosour, Stegosaurus-shape-dish. It taste weird, dish inventor inserts ham, marinated chicken and boiled egg, topping with tomato purees source. It does look fancy on the 1^st sight after 45 minutes long waiting, but th

e whole combination texture is horrible. In addition, the nan was not cooked, u can taste flour on it.

Somehow, our fren, Ms Chek Chek order plain roti canai. What the….Another weirdo,Ms Tee Tee likes Chinese rat noodle with tones of black pepper! Yuck…!She keeps scratch the claypot…Yuck Yuck Yuck…

Overall, we like nasi lemak which is cheap and delicious. It cost RM6.00 with a chicken thigh. Roti Hawaiian is my fav. BTW, above pic is Roti Hawaiian but not plain roti canai,k.

The drink is expensive after try it. It looks nice at the 1st sign ( again) but u taste it... just normal drink of Ribenna plus lycee. Again, thz Ms H brought us to this mamak and pray our fren, Ms C recover soon. ( I really want to take photo of Ms C sick face coz her blonde hair make her look like old lion king lying on bed)

Dreadful charity dinner and sickening bilingual menu

Well, I have to confess my English level is pretty bad. When I saw this menu all the -ve words appear in my mind:UGLY; HORRIBLE; TERRIBLE; HORRENDOUS; DISASTROUS; GROSS; UNSPEAKABLE; SPEECHLESS n etc. Why the event organizer, a local 3 stars hotel put this menu on the table? 1st dish:"beauty of four season", mandarin direct translation is " the true, the good and the beautiful" My logic is summer, spring, autumn and winter are 4 seasons but 真善美 only consists 3 elements! Something wrong with the equation. 2nd dish: Seas of benevolence", I can find any "seas" in mandarin menu. In contrast, I find wholeheartedly kindness soup in this dish. Next dish make me really want to shout: tak boleh tahan!!!English name is "charm of the phoenix" The meaning of this meal in mandarin is two phoenix are flying in the sky! Main ingredient for this food is "fake duck" How to link a duck with phoenix? Both are Aves. The rest of the menu names are acceptable except last two. I can't read the translator mind at all, how to link a harvest with gods? Mandarin meaning for last two meal is A gang of gods come on earth while English name for this meal is Harvest of loving, caring and sharing. The last meal which is moon cake plus a sweet drink. Again, the menu PIC intends to link with Mid-Autumn Festival, it called "double sweetness- of the autumn, however; the mandarin meaning is solitude autumn moon scenery. To my best understanding, we only can find one moon in galaxy, then how tht PIC can parallel his mind with double sweetness to solely moon? 2≠1

2009.09.14_Mid Nite Hot Spring

During my long break, my aunt and cousins brought me to a gorgeous place which is very near my home village. Apparently, this hot spring management team operates 24 hours!!! I never aware this since I have stayed more than 20 years nearby. The entrance fees is affordable, MYR 4.

We went to this hot spring by 11:30 PM, it takes 30 minutes driving distance. Malaysia weather is always hot hot hot…It is weird as we go and “dip ourselves in hot water at mid nite in Malaysia”. The hot spring temperature is bout 45 degree, I guess.

Surprisingly, it is very crowded when we arrived. Many families bring the children and elder like family gathering at this place during late night. Management prepared a wide screen and display movie in front of the hot spring pool. U can dip urself in the pool and enjoying movie.

My pretty aunt who is really good in posting and my lovely cousins ;p

Management also provides food and drink including RAMLI Burger! but not FOC lah....

Definitely, I will visit this place when I return my beautiful hometown.

26.09.2010_Volunteer Day

Without my permission, I was selected to become this Voluntary Project Committee. Whilst busy with work routine activities, I was being imposed to spend some time for this event: meeting, con-call, arrangement, brain-storming session, negotiation slot n etc. The most important thing is fund supplier want to minimize the cost, I pray to God so that I can find an affordable, presentable and meaningful location and voluntary activity. Initially, we have 2 options: tree-planting and sport’s day for less fortunate group. Again, in terms of cost, we are “selected” tree-planting project after “vote”.

At the end, we have chosen a local NGO to join its tree-planting project. We have to liaise with these self-proclaim “eco-warriors” human beings. Again, when we deal with volunteers, we need more than 101% patient because everyone is FOC. We can’t be too demanding, too forceful, too determine, too …. “Love is patient”, I keep telling myself when deal with all these charity workers.

The location was muddy and smelly beside riverbank. Organizer is targeting each participant plants minimum 10 trees, but I plant nothing as I was in charge for food n beverage supply. I was sitting in the tent and encourage volunteer to drink more water but not 100 Plus isotonic drink. The reason is simple: 100 Plus is damn more expensive then plain water!

I also become one day coach conductor, to ensure everyone safely on-board to location and return home safely. What I need to do is shouting: Masuk, masuk, masuk (go inside)…. Even a senior post colleague requested me to extend the departure time, my answer is: "NO NO NO, we are not effort to delay. I want everything ON-TIME." That senior post colleague tak boleh tahan, can’t stand with my attitude and need to compromise with me; p

Overall, the event can be considered succeed cause NO RAIN!

This is my 1^st K session with new colleagues; most of them are shy to sing and sitting quietly eating buffet food. Automatically, I become King of K, I do believe I have sang more than 25 songs on that night. What a great achievement! Organizer has invited her ex-colleague to join and celebrate her b’day at the same time. Overall, I like to go for K’ session with them since they are generous enough to become my listeners.

Ironically, the “farewell heroin” resume her work at the same floor; same company but different department two weeks after farewell K’ nite. What a pseudo-working life…

2010.08.08 Popiah Feast

Food is a good medium to gather human beings esp Chinese. It attracts me to return kampung on SUNDAY and yet back to KL on the same day. Big feast menu: Crispy fried chicken, Chinese basil duck, Vinegar pork leg, Chili sour fish, Red bean soup and some veg for vegetarians. My old lonely kampung house become very crowded, approximately 25 family members came for lunch and dinner! I miss 1^st round eating session since I arrived after 2PM. Btw; I went to my aunty place for Hakka Lui Cha.The main course for that day feast is spring roll “Popiah”, my aunt prepares all the ingredients; everyone is queuing for her lovely popiah. The popiah is super-duber big and very tasty.

Well, appreciate my uncle who offered me car-pool back to village. Believe it or not, I still feel full the day after afternoon.

Little doggy, Jasper who is staying with me now and I believe her per-existence was a CAT!!!

y little shorty is 78 years old and still looking good. Most of the family members attend this pot-luck b'day party. I prepare nothing except enjoy the food. This homemade Oreo cheesecake is nice to eat but sore to see, very plain decor lol. Twins sisters,pls improve ur decor skills,k.I got a lot little cousins... esp 2 boys who like to bully me. Give thanks to God thought endless challenge and incidents keep popping in our life, may God protect my little grandmum to be happy always and let go all the miserable memoir. God, pls protect me from asking to get married issue during family gathering.

2010.08.05_Metro Toastmaster Club 21 Yrs Anniversary

I decided to attend this event at the last second. Toastmaster club is a NPO club which aim to educate society in public speaking. It is prefect platform to improve our presentation and interpersonal skills. However, ashame to declare myself as Metro TMC member since quite a long time didn't attend the meeting and only completed 1 of 10 speech tasks.

On this memorable night, senior TMC members from different places shown their excellent public speaking ability esp Mr.Wei Siong. His speech is very inspirational and the way he convey his message is superb. This fellow does not knows me and yet I do not introduce myself to him. Kind embarrass for "Kaki ponteng". One of the founders,Mr Yee who also acts as my mentor share his Toastmaster journey: "no time" is not a good reason along these 21 years. Perseverance!!! I should re-schedule my time to complete remaining 9 assignments.

Though is exhausted after work, I overwhelm to meet all these familiar faces. Everyone is encourages me to resume and attend Metro TMC fortnightly meeting. Erm... minimum one and half hours driving from my current working place to meeting venue plus 7PM meeting time constraints really challenge my attendance. God, pls give me wisdom to make appropriate arrangement.

The event was held at BaliFeel Restaurant. The decor is fabulous but the food is really so-so. We had normal wrapped chicken sugarcane drumstick, over-diluted green curry, tasteless prawn, thick raw mango salad, overcooked fried chicken wing, elastic squid, extreme hot sambal sambal belacan chili, super-duber sweet lemonade and a piece of fish cracker. Now, you can understand my definition "so-so" ;p

The only meal can satisfied my ordinary taste-bud is "bubuh cacar" desert which contains shredded jack fruit. Its aroma delight this dessert flavor though the BaliFeel chef pour to much coconut milk and condensed milk.

Most of the buddies thought I have extravagance B'day celebration. The truth is I have to work until 8PM then rushing back to home for a quick meal and quick bath before heading to uncle's place. Afterwards, return home and sleep. What a routine life...

I have received 12 B'day wishes via SMS and 45 B'day wishes via Facebook. It make me sing MJ song " U ar not alone" ;)

I'm blessed as I managed to get my company's laptop which I'm typing now and bought a second hand car on my birthday. God is good, He knows my needs and yet He provide sufficient support to me.

I will resume my blogging project as countless incidents happened and desire to share on this platform ;p

Since my little flat was robbed, I lost all my IT gadgets included two laktops. PTL, I'm able to update my blog ;p
Last 3:30AM Sat, I have to wake up early to join this trekking trip. The whole journey from our living place to Broga Hill, Semenyih is far and pay many TOLL fees. Nottingham Uni, Malaysia branch just beside at the bottom of Broga Hill. Ironically, the whole journey from bottom to top is short, 1.7KM (45 minutes) with full of congestion. This tiny hill become famous spot, many ppl come for sunset and sunrise. We are unlucky as the sky was cloudy and nothing to see except full of bunch of ppl squeezing around top hill.
For me, Broga Hill is erm... Don't think wanna go for second time.
My fren said I "ber...gaya", ar u agree?

Thanks CY, Don n Hui for helping me to own this 4 feet aqua. I plan to design the aqua-landscaping with half tank water. I just cleaned it and looking any materials that suit my aqua. I have "implanted" some of my plantations in the tank. The tanks looks very pre-mature and boring at this moment. I need:

At last, I went to The Garden, restaurant. I always been inspired by this restaurant decoration every time pass by. It's theme is very natural, plenty plants and white furniture. It looks so comfy and warm in crowded shopping mall . However, the truth is cruel when we experience it.
Tandoori chicken that my cousin ordered is under frozen condition !

The fish is over grilled and the cooking oil is over repeating use, the fish smell a mixture of meat. Hard to explain but the fish taste damn weird.

My crazy mum ordered porridge in western food restaurant. She is so moody and insists to get porridge even we advise her to try spaghetti or something else. This liquidized rice cost us RM9.00++!

My beef is fine and the BBQ sauce is so-so.

This ice cream soufflé is the worst! I have to re-call the waiter, waitress, captain, chef... all the staff to get my stupid soufflé. They keep asking you wait and more wait. For me, this soufflé is tasteless. I can't enjoy it at all after this restaurant service. The ridiculous thing is the waiter present this super hard soufflé without defrost it or do something on it. We can't eat with the spoon on semisphere shape orange rock!!!

The only self-therapy after the meal is I so excited to take photo with Mr Gundam and Mini Gundam.

Most of the time I will pursue myself to join seafood feast, It doesn't mean I like it but just lazy to influence others agree with our taste and flavor. We have ordered most of the kinds of sea-living: crab,prawn,fish, bamboo-like creature. squid,clam and etc.The food is bad even though all ingredients (seafood) is fresh and available. That restaurant really need to improve its chef's cooking skills.

The restaurant is along on the river and bit smelly. We are lucky as we able to meet fishermen who come back from Strait of Malacca. Government has built a trading building for fisherman to sell their harvest. The way they do the business is very funny and traditional: fisherman pour all the fish on the counter, the buyers will fight and grab the fish with bare hands.Everyone is enjoying such "kiasu moment".

A fisherman shown me this predator's relative. Anyone know its name?

In a early chill morning, after prepare myself for work with a lovely breakfast at my tiny flat, I'm heading for my little car. As normal, I switch off the alarm and entre my car. Opps, something wrong! Why I can feel the fresh air breezing in my car? Once I look at back-mirror, SHIT! Someone smacked something on my car screen.
On the same day, I have to attend an extremely important training esp I'm the one who prepare projector and have brought it back to home since the training venue is differ with my working location. Without projector, the training which attend by my boss too will be disaster!
Thanks God, I able to send the projector to training location ; the night before incident was not raining and all the car stuff remain at the same place.
I predict my beloved neighbor co-incidentally miss hit the block on my car screen.
Should I report police? The answer is NO. Don' t ask me why...

Due to new job training, I was asked to follow truck delivery day trip. The road trip start from 9AM for loading goods until late night,10PM. The whole day activities is interesting as we not only send the product, we also need to install all these products. I the one who never complete subject "Kemahiran Hidup" assignment during secondary school, I'm semi-handicapped when come to all these handcrafting skills. My companions are superb, without any guidance and instruction, they managed to install dining table, sideboard, wardrobe and etc.

Overall, We departed from Puchong ->Cheras -> Ampang -> Sri Petaling -> Cheras -> Dato Keramat and end at Puchong, the day trip is exhausted but full of fun.
